"Four recently-released Hong Kong films were screened at the 36th Brussels International Fantasy, Fantastic, Thriller and Science Fiction Film Festival (BIFFF) on 3-15 April 2018.  They were Herman Yau's "Shock Wave", Yuen Woo-ping's "1000 Faces of Dunjia", Raman Hui's "Monster Hunt 2" and Jeff Lau's "Soccer Killer".  

A cocktail reception, supported by BHKS on 12 April was followed by a screening of "Shock Wave".  BHKS Chairman, Mr Piet Steel, spoke at the reception and highlighted the BHKS' commitment in fostering the bilateral exchanges between Hong Kong and Belgium on various fronts, including the cultural front. 
The BIFFF, founded 36 years ago, is the most important festival of its kind in Europe.  Some 100 films of the fantasy, horror, thriller and science-fiction genres were screening in the festival this year.  It is known for its enthusiastic audience participation and attracts huge media coverage. "
