BHKS co-hosted with the Belgium-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong a webinar on the role of Hong Kong in international shipping and logistics on 30 March 2022.  InvestHK was the event partner.  Leaders in the industry shared their insights on the future development of the global logistics business, with focus in the Asian market.

The Belgium-Hong Kong Society (BHKS), jointly with the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Brussels, support the 40th Brussels International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFFF) to promote Hong Kong's creative industry to Belgians and the younger audience in particular. 

The 40th BIFFF will be held at the Brussels Expo at Heysel on 29 August – 10 September 2022.  Two Hong Kong films will be screened: the multi-award winning "Limbo", and adventure comedy "Schemes in Antiques".

The Belgium-Hong Kong Society (BHKS) organised 2022 End of Summer Business Seminar - “The future of semiconductors around the world” at IMEC in Leuven, Belgium on 14 September 2022, with the support from the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Brussels.  Two expert speakers, Ms Françoise Chombar, Chairwoman of Melexis and Mr Luc Van den hove, President and CEO of IMEC shared their insights on the supply-demand and R&D of seminconductors respectively with over 100 participants.  A walking dinner followed the seminar, where the participants enjoyed a great time having further exchanges with the speakers and guests from related industries.  More details here.
