Supported by the BHKS, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO) in Brussels and HKETO in Berlin organised this interactive online event on 19 March 2021 to introduce the latest green business opportunities offered by Hong Kong to European businesses.
Mr WONG Kam-sing, Secretary for the Environment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government introduced the first road map of Hong Kong on the popularisation of electric vehicles, as well as the Waste Blueprint for Hong Kong 2035 recently released. Mr Ivan CHRISTIAENS (General Manager of Keppel Seghers Belgium NV) and Dr Axel SCHWEITZER (Chief Executive Officer of ALBA Group plc & Co. KG) also joined the webinar to share their experiences in taking part in the set-up of state-of-the-art waste-to-energy/resources facilities in Hong Kong.
