The BHKS organised a visit to the Huyghe Brewery on 05 March 2025, including a guided tour of the premises, engaging discussion with CEO Mr. Alain De Laet, and ending with a tasting session of their renowned beers.
Founded in 1902, the Huyghe Brewery has garnered worldwide acclaim, particularly for its iconic Delirium Tremens, recognized by its signature pink elephant logo. This visit provided an exceptional opportunity to explore the brewery's rich history and innovative brewing techniques that have stood the test of time.
During our visit, Mr. De Laet shared insights into the Huyghe Brewery’s commercial strategy in Asia. With a special focus on Hong Kong and China, the discussion shed light on how one of Belgium's oldest breweries continues to expand its global footprint.
